In-Store Pickup Process

Drive-In, Grab Out, On-the-Go In-Store Pickup Service

At PartsBlue, we’re all about convenience! Follow these simple steps to enjoy a hassle-free in-store pickup experience:
  1. Buy Online, Pick Up In Store With Ease Select your favorite auto parts online and choose the “Pick Up In Store” option at checkout. Choose the PartsBlue warehouse location for free pickup during the checkout process.
  2. Head to the Store After Order Confirmation After placing your order, keep an eye on your SMS/Email notifications. You’ll be alerted once your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive the notification, drive to the store and park in the designated pickup area.
  3. Stay in Your Car, We’ll Bring It Out for You! Have your order number and photo ID ready. Call the phone number and extension listed on the store door, and let them know you’re there for curbside pickup. An associate will bring your items right to your car!

How Does Pickup Work?

  1. Order car parts online and select the “pickup” option at checkout.
  2. Wait for an SMS notification that your order is ready for pickup.
  3. Arrive with your Order ID and photo ID between 10 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Mon-Fri.
Note: We do not sell directly at the pickup location; it's for pickup, drop-off, and returns only. No payments or refunds are accepted at these locations.Why is Pickup Not Available in My Area?Pickup services are currently available only in the Greater Toronto Area, and Montreal. You can still order items to be shipped to your home or P.O. box for free on orders over $99. Stay tuned for upcoming pickup options in more cities!Should I Choose Pickup or Ship to Home?We recommend pickup for sensitive or heavy items that may take longer to ship. Pickup is typically faster than shipping—usually a day or more if you're near a pickup location. You can also return faulty parts at pickup locations.When and How Can I Return a Product?You can return products within 30 days of delivery if unused and undamaged. Returns can also be done at our pickup locations. We don’t refund if the product is not in its original packaging. For issues after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer.When Can I Pick Up My Order?You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.What Do I Need to Bring to Pick Up My Order?Bring your photo ID and the confirmation email to the Customer Service counter to pick up your order.Who Can Pick Up My Order?Only the person listed in the order confirmation can pick up the order.How Do I Change My Pickup Location?Pickup locations cannot be changed after placing an order.
