Shipping Information

We provide shipping options to all Canadian provinces and territories. Our warehouse is located in CTA, Ontario, Canada to help you receive your parts order as soon as possible at any physical Canadian address.

We offer FREE ground shipping in Canada with the lowest shipping rates on all products. The shipping is Free if you shop for a minimum of 99 CAD$ value pre-tax.

Note: We can’t change the shipping address after the order has been placed. If you typed the wrong address you can cancel your order and place it again.

If your package is returned to us due to an error in your address and you would like us to send it out again, then either the shipping costs will be charged both ways, or the return process will be started and a refund will be initiated.

Please note that the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Free Shipping Offer Exclusions

Sometimes, we may need to add a shipping surcharge to your order due to high fees from carriers due to weight and volume limitations. Don’t worry—you’ll always see any added fees before your order is completed. You can estimate your budget and then complete your order.

Additional Fees for Extended Distance Deliveries

For certain postal codes (about 4%), shipping costs are much higher because they are far from our warehouse. Instead of stopping service in these areas, we've introduced an extended distance surcharge. You’ll see this surcharge at checkout if it applies to your postal code.

PO Box Deliveries

Deliveries to PO Box addresses can only be handled by Canada Post. Canada Post charges higher fees than our other carriers. Additionally, large items that can’t fit in a PO Box may cost you extra charges. You will see the add-up charges for PO Box shipping at checkout if it applies to your order.

Additional Fee Apply for Oversized & Heavy Items

In some cases, shipping costs for larger or heavier items may be too high. If this happens, our customer service team will reach out to you with the next steps. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible!

No, we currently only ship within Canada.

Delivery time depends on product availability and your shipping location. You’ll see estimated delivery times during checkout.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and destination. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your address to see the exact cost. Shipping is free for orders over $99.

Why doesn’t PartsBlue ship to my area?

We ship all across Canada. But, in some cases, we are unable to ship to certain areas due to shipping limitations or part availability. To check this you have to place an order, complete the process, and add your address to see if it works for you.

How do I return a product?

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking information once your order ships.

How can I check my order status?

Check your order status anytime by logging into your account or using the "Order Status" option on the PartsBlue homepage.
