What is NOT Covered?
To maintain transparency, please note that warranties do not cover:
Labor Costs: We do not reimburse for mechanic fees, installation costs, or time lost.
Incidental Damages: Towing charges, car rentals, or any other consequential damages.
Misuse: Damage from improper installation, off-road use, or racing.
Wear and Tear: Standard maintenance items (like brake pads or bulbs) are only covered for manufacturing defects, not for reaching the end of their service life.
How to File a Warranty Claim (Step-by-Step)
Do Not Discard the Part: The manufacturer requires the defective unit to be returned for inspection.
Contact Support: Email sales@partsblue.ca with your Order ID, the Part Number, and a brief description of the failure.
Provide Documentation: Attach a copy of the original professional installation receipt (if applicable) and clear photos of the defect.
Receive Your RMA: Once approved for inspection, we will issue a Warranty RMA Number.
Ship the Part: Send the part to the designated address provided in your RMA instructions.

How long does the warranty process take?Once the manufacturer receives the part, the inspection process typically takes 2–4 weeks. We will notify you as soon as the manufacturer provides a verdict.Can I get a replacement part sent immediately?If you need a replacement part right away to get your vehicle back on the road, you may place a new order for the same part. Once the manufacturer approves your warranty claim for the original part, we will issue a full refund for the initial purchase.Is the warranty transferable?Most manufacturer warranties are valid only for the original purchaser and are not transferable if the vehicle is sold.What if my part arrived damaged?If a part is damaged during shipping, this is not a warranty issue.
