PartsBlue is a well-known authorized seller of automotive parts from reputed manufacturers in Canada. We work with manufacturers who back their product quality with warranties. Our warranties vary in duration and coverage depending on the product.Typically, claiming a warranty means working directly with the manufacturer for a repair or replacement, but we’re here to make it easier for you. We offer free assistance with warranty claims for up to 12 months from your purchase date, so you don’t have to go through the hassle alone.
PartsBlue Warrant Claims Assistance
We offer a product exchange/refund for up to 12 months from the date of purchase for any defects or malfunctions found in the parts purchased from us. We make it easy for you and are ready to assist you with the entire exchange process.To start your claim, simply reach out to our dedicated customer service team. They will help you initiate the claim smoothly. We may require images or a short video of the flaw/defect.Note: Consumable items like oil, and regular wear and tear are not covered under the warranty policy. PartsBlue only assists in claiming warranty for auto parts that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.Warranty Claim and Return Process:
- You have to place a new order for the same product.
- Once you receive the new product, you may install it, but keep the box. Contact our customer service team at returns@partsblue.ca or through live chat to initiate a return for the defective part and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the original order.
- Pack the defective part securely in the box of the new part.
- Ship the package to the following address:
Warranty Claims After 12 months
- If the auto parts or items you purchased failed after 12 months of the purchase date, unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you with the claim.
- If any of our product manufacturers provide a warranty for any defects beyond 12 months, it should be processed directly with the manufacturer only. In such a case, please reach out to the manufacturer for assistance regarding exchanges or refunds.
- If the manufacturer requests an invoice or proof of purchase, you may send your order confirmation email. Alternatively, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to provide any necessary documentation.
