How to Process a Return (Step-by-Step)
Request your RMA: Log in to your PartsBlue account, navigate to your order history, and select "Return Items" to generate your RMA number.
Pack the Item: Place the part back in its original manufacturer's box. Place that box inside a separate shipping carton (do not write on the manufacturer’s box).
Include the RMA Receipt: Print and place your RMA receipt inside the package.
Ship It Back: Affix the shipping label and drop it off at the designated carrier. Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
