Fast & Free Returns in 5 Easy Steps

  1. Go to Orders in your Account. Select the item to return.
  2. Choose "Return Item" and print the RMA Receipt
  3. Pack the item along with the RMA Receipt
  4. Attach the return label to the package
  5. Drop the package at the mailbox or post office

Our Return Process

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return the parts within 30 days after the delivery date.
  • We need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any returns made without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Parts must be in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify for refunds.
  • If you get the wrong parts, don't use them. We don't exchange parts if the installation has been attempted or damaged in any way.
  • We only provide prepaid return shipping labels if the product is damaged on arrival, defective, or sent due to a website error. Photos of the box and parts may be required.
  • Conditions of the returned apparel must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. They must be free from odors, stains, or any other signs of wear.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges for apparel. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Return Charges & Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged upon all product returns that are not the result of our mistake.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days in their original mode of payment. You will get payments back to your account through which you paid.
  • We do not refund for labor cost, service charges, return shipping costs, or any other expenses incurred by the consumer.

How do I return an Item?

  • PartsBlue offers a Simple & Stress-free Return Process
  • Ordered the wrong product or got a damaged one, you can return it without hassle. If you are registered with PartsBlue, follow the below-given steps to return an item:
  • Log into your account: Enter your email and password to log in.
  • Find your order: Go to the "Orders" tab and select the order you want to return. Choose "Return Order". Click on the "Take Actions"
    drop-down and select "Return Order."
  • Select items to return: On the new page, choose the item(s) and quantity you want to return, write a detailed reason for return, and
    add any comments. Then, click "Continue."
  • Return confirmation: You’ll see a confirmation that your return request has been received. Click "Next."
  • Print RMA receipt: Click "Print RMA Receipt" to get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) receipt.
  • Prepare the package: Pack the part in its original manufacturer's box and place it in a shipping box. Ensure the manufacturer's box
    is undamaged and has no writing or extra tape, or the refund will be denied.
  • Attach the RMA receipt: Remove old shipping labels, attach the RMA receipt, and ship the package using the address on the RMA.
    You can also drop it off at the location mentioned on the receipt—confirm the drop-off times with customer service via chat.
  • For guest orders: If you purchased as a guest, sign up using the email you used for the order and follow the same steps.
